British Airways fly into Lusaka departing from London Heathrow Terminal 4 three times per week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings landing into Lusaka the next morning in order to meet with one of the local charter companies for your 30 minute flight down to Royal Airstrip. British Airways return to London Heathrow on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. Flights from Lusaka to Kasaka River Lodge

Proflight Commuter Services and other local companies continue to operate seat rate charters between Lusaka and Lower Zambezi at circa US$ 150 pp gross one way (minimum two pax) and 75% for children below the age of 12 at timings to suit the clients (2008 rates).

For clients arriving or departing on international flights, Proflight and other local companies will provide free transfers between the hangar and terminal and will also assist them with all airport formalities.

All flights will arrive and depart from their private hangar which will give the clients the use of their guest lounge where they will be served complimentary refreshments.

Royal Airstrip in the Lower Zambezi is a pleasant thirty minute flight from Lusaka and clients will have the chance to experience stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the mighty Zambezi River before landing. After landing, clients will be greeted by staff members of Kasaka River Lodge and be driven to the lodge which is just 8 minutes from the landing strip.

Proflight also offer a seat rate charter between Lower Zambezi and Livingstone at US$ 390 pp gross one way (minimum 4 pax) for 2007 and a seat rate between Lower Zambezi and Mfuwe at US $350 pp gross one way.
